WAICY offers four tracks to showcase creativity, innovation, and AI skills. Students may choose one:
Propose AI-based solutions to real-world problems (e.g., health, environment, social impact).
Judging Criteria:
Judged on problem-solving, innovation, and AI understanding.
Use AI tools (DALL-E, Midjourney, etc.) to create digital artwork.
Judging Criteria:
Judged on originality, message, composition, and AI integration.
Produce short AI-driven videos with animation, voiceovers, or storytelling.
Judging Criteria:
Judged on engagement, clarity, and AI use.
Develop applications using ChatGPT, Bard, etc. (e.g., virtual tutors, knowledge bots).
Judging Criteria:
Judged on creativity, functionality, ethics, and AI logic.
Each track is designed to highlight different aspects of AI creativity and technical skill, allowing students to showcase their unique strengths and interests.
Projects are scored across two equally weighted areas, each contributing 50% to the final evaluation.
AI knowledge, use of the Five Big Ideas, and execution

Use of Perception, Representation & Reasoning, Learning, Natural Interaction, and Social Impact.
Technical implementation quality, functionality, and overall project completion.
Problem clarity, creativity, originality, ethics, and communication
